Charles Biederman (2906-2004) was a painter and sculptor from Red Wing, Minn. Biederman was born Aug. 23, 1906 in Cleveland, Ohio. He studied art at the Cleveland Art Institute, and later at the School of the Art Institute in Chicago. He worked and lived in Chicago, New York, and Paris. He moved to Red Wing, Minnesota in 1942.
